Follow Lease and Owner requirements for rent disbursement.
BUILDING MAINTENANCE
Coordinate Building Maintenance work.
Provide consultation on all Building Projects.
Provide Vendor estimates for proposed Capital Projects.
PROPERTY INSPECTION AND CLEANING
Inspect properties with a physical walk through.
Basic cleaning of the property's common areas.
Landscaping and Snow Removal.
